Help me and my calves!

So my right calf is about 1.5 inches BIGGER than my left. they seem about equal as far as strength when doing leg press, extensions, curls, lunges, and calf raises

They have been like this for as long as I can remember. My left leg has always developed slower than my right.

Can someone give me suggestions on how to help my left side catch up?

Whenever that stuff happens to me (arms, legs, etc.. getting bigger than the other) I just do some one legged raises on the calf machine.... Just a couple extra sets per leg day usually gets me caught up in about a couple months...

Are you sure you measured right? 1.5 inches seems like a very large muscle imbalance.

it was the leg where I had a bad knee injury and had to have surgery on 2 years ago but it's also deformed... when my left thigh is held straight my toe points at a 45 degree angle inward. I'll take some pics and post them in a bit

I'm no expert but like some one said before try some one legged calve work. The same things you would do with two legs just break down to one. I do this alot just to get a good burn in each calve equaly. The one I like best is to use the leg press machine and just put the tip of your toes on it and do it till they are on fire. In this case I would just do twice the reps on the calve that is smaller. Don't worry about changing the weight (that would be a pain in the ass to go back and forth with the weight) just do twice the reps until they are equal. Now I have no clue as to this idea but I would ask a sports doc. if they could give you injections in that leg to build it up faster (steriods or b12 or what ever). I would never use full blown illegal steriods but in this case some thing through a doc. would be understandable.
