HELP ! low testoserone

Can anyone help me ?
I am 32 year old male. I have been weight training since 15 yrs of age and and within the last 6 years dabled with controlled anabolic steroid courses. 2 years ago after completing a course of anabolics i decided to take 12 months off. This is when things got bad. The first thing i noticed was my energy levels plumiting. Then followed lack of motivation and then depression. My libidi was non existant and my interest in the opposite sex was nil.
At this stage i had not realised why i was suffering from all these things and thought that maybe life was just particularly challenging at this point. Finally i decided to go to a Doctor who specialises in Male Health and have my levels checked.
The test revealed That my Testorerone levels were pritty much nil.
This explained everthing. The doctor explained that this was due to use of anabolics. The doctor was confident that with testoserone treatment (sustanon) & hcg that he could kick start my natural level back within normal range.
If i could at this point just point out that in my country Male health/ Anti aging is at a very early stage of acceptance and knowledge. So what my phisician was prescribing for me was based on his limited knowledge base.
This treatment all started 12 months ago. The year has been a roller coaster ride with the doctor trying numerous approaches to getting my levels back with in mid range. My hormone levels have been all over the place this year. At one point while taking sustanon my estrogen levels went through the roof. I literally experince what it felt like being a woman.
So, at present my doctor has me on sustanon again following a break for some months. I do feel alot better ie. motivation, not so tired, energy levels up. However i know i am not 100%. I have been taking a shot of sustanon every week for the last 4 weeks. After week 2 i noticed i started to get Gyno. I mentioned this to my doctor and so we took more tests. My levels came back as testoserone being within the average zone and estrogen levels being at the high end of acceptable zone.
I am guessing that my underlying natural levels are still low and this has something to do with the Gyno.
I have never needed too take big dosages of steroids in the past
as some of my friends did. I have always been very receptive to minimal dosages. This is the very first time i have ever experinced gyno. I have taken up to 2 sustanon a week going back some years with no conversion.
I am now at the point of losing faith in my doctor. Every time i see him he treats me like a TO HARD case.
I feel now he is guessing every move with me.
Can anyone out their explain to me exactly what is happening with my levels and how my doctor should be treating me.
Your help is appreciated.

Your doctors "therapy" is only making your naturally low test levels even worse by giving you exogenous testosterone. You should come off the sustanon and get on some hcg and clomid and see if that can get your natural levels back up into an acceptable range. As for the "gyno" I would look into nolvadex asap and it would not hurt to get on some arimidex as well atleast until the exo. test clears your system.

I'll bet the HCG is giving you fits. Post your HCG regime and do your research on anti estrogens... I'll try and find a pretty good past thread for you to read..

Good luck

the doctor had me on hcg and clomid about 9 months ago following the completion of sustanon. I actually felt good on this and my libido also improved. The hcg and clomid course was for a 4 week duration. However when i came off everying crashed again and i slowly declined once again. can you comment on how my hcg and clomid program should be structured. I think my doctor was taking a lucky guess at what prescribe and how long.
thanx again.

How much HCG did he have you on for 4 weeks? I'm concerned this MAY have downregulated your response to natural LH.

Well most of us here use HCG and Clomid for a short duration post cycles to help recover quicker not as a long term solution to a therapy of sorts.

The Terminator is right, the clomid should be ok for you to use awhile.

Have you done you research yet on HRT, anti estorgens and natural recovery? It's all right here bro.
