Hey guys over the holidays i've continued lifting with little rest, I usually just take some Cardio Breeze or down a handful of espresso beans before hitting the gym for a quick pick me up. I'm two weeks into a (400mg teste/ 400mg EQ) every 5days, but now i'm starting to have muscle spasms when i'm resting, especially back spasms. I usually get my full 7-8 hours of sleep but over the last month i'm avg about 4-5 hrs. Does anyone think the spasms are caused from my lack of sleep?
