Help keeping gains during and after pct

Hey guys I need some help with how to keep more of my gains during the pct and after.
I seem to be cycling and gaining 10/15lbs or so and then a month or 2 after I'm back where I started.
What do I do?
 
usually u should over eat , use lot of supps. like mass gainers , creatine , nitric oxide............... but if u always loose ur gains then ur having problems recovering , u should run hormone tests to see ur test levels maybe ur becoming hypogonadal , how old r u btw , and maybe if ur test level is too low u should consider hrt.
 
I always thought I was just not running enought for a pct cos I used things like forged post cycle and clomid alone as a pct. What would you use cycling diesielbolan and tren tfo for a full pct.
I really need to learn a lot more about good pct's
 
well this is what i was going to be running hopfully next month. how would you improve this.

Weeks 1-4 diesiel bolan and tfo 3 caps a day
forged liver support 2 caps every morning

weeks 5-8 hcgenerate 5 caps a day, 25mg of clomid

take a week off

Weeks 10-15 beastrol and epi strong 2 caps a day

15-18 hcgenerate 5 caps a day, 25mg of clomid
 
well this is what i was going to be running hopfully next month. how would you improve this.

Sup, leeroy. Honestly, if you are having recovery problems, then I would definitely take my advice from the PM and put 8 weeks in between those cycles. If you are not all the way back after your first cycle, then jump into another 6 week cycle, it's going to be even harder to come back after the second. In fact, I would plan both cycles, but don't put a specific date on the second one, and only start it when you feel like you are back and ready to go again, whether that be 4 weeks or 12 weeks. Make these cycles work for you.

Second, definitely add to your PCT if you have recovery problems. I'd almost say run HCGenerate starting two weeks before cycle completion and through PCT. Add Sustain Alpha LV for 4 weeks in PCT, and run nolva over clomid.

You need to continue to eat - keep your protein high and make sure you have casein shake at night - you no longer have drugs helping to fight catabolism.
 
Same thing happened to me and i thought i was gonna have to cycle non stop forever... till i tried 10mg am dbol and i didnt lose a pound 2 months into pct a i havent been in the gym for a month due to injury and still havent i just look small and flatter :D
 
cheers d_rson. i think im gonna do exactly what you said there. i want to know that im not going too loose my gains when i finish. addmittly i will loose some.

c.k. i understand how running 10mg of dbol can help stop it. but does that not just stop the pct from helping your body to start producing its natural testosterone again?

it doesnt allow you to fully recover but in my case i dont care since my natty test level are CRAP to begin with hence the loss of all my gains post cycle...

prior to my injury i was actually done cycling for a while since this method worked so well for me but a month outta the gym is too long i got my sust and proviron in the mail for when i recover :)

Personally i dont like HCGenerate.
As for your support supps id say you need some fish oils and maybe something like cycle support or at least more liver support. Thats alot of orals.
