Help! Itchy nuts

I came back from the beach the other day and had a huge rash around my crotch. This happens alot to me because of the salt water and shit rubbing against my skin. So, I was dumb enough to go back to the beach again and again which only made it worse.

Now, here I am 4 days later with a huge rash on my nuts and my groin. The rash isn't even the worst part!!! For some reason, my nuts are itching uncontrollably. I couldnt get to sleep last night. Someone help me!

use baby powder and it also keeps them dry and not all greasy and stinky

why not just dip them in hydrochloric acid?

i had a prob like that awhile back the doc gave me cortizone-5 takes a few weeks to work,its available over the counter at drugstores.
