Help!!!!!! Is This Gyno?!?!?!!

Around my left nipple is a light red spot thats kinda sore. Is this gyno or did I do something else and not realize it. I'm taking deca 600mg a week for 4 1/2 weeks now, I have 5 1/2 weeks left (10 week cycle, in case you couldn't figure it out). I might just be scared but I need to know what to take if it is gyno. Thanks in advance.

It could just be a under the skin pimple or if you shaved a ingrown hair so dont squeeze it, if there is no lump then more then likely its not gyno and it is usually under the nip
