Hi everyone! I am new to the board and I am hoping that you guys can help me.
I am currently on a cycle of deca at 50mg a wk and I am going on my 6th week. I have had incredible strength gains as well as more energy. For the first 4 weeks, I felt really hard and lean. Then it seems like all of a sudden I got really puffy and my clothes started fitting tigher....bras, socks, pants. I am wondering if it is water that I am holding or if I am just getting fat. I am new at this so that is why I am posting to see if anyone else has had this experience. My diet is clean and I drink a ton of water, that is why I am confused. I searched water retention and I found some information but not exactly what I was looking for. I feel extremely puffy and I cannot see the muscle definition that I could before I started the cycle.
Secondly, to get rid of the extra water, I am going to try and do a cleanse to get back to normal. Is it ok to do while on the cycle or should I wait to finish and then do it.
Any other suggestions to get the water off, if it is water, would be extremely helpful!
I know everyone is different and some people have told me that they held water (mostly women) and the some say they didn't.
Any information would be greatly appreciated! I am going crazy thinking I am doing everything right but then feeling like my body isn't showing it.
