help! info overload on t3 / clen

i have overloaded my brain with information about the t3 and clen use. there is sooooo much on this site to digest. i work out pretty regular, but cannot seem to get rid of this stomach. i'm 26, 210 lbs, and am not really fat at all anymore (accept for the aforementioned). can someone please give me some simple answers about the t3 and clen to try and help me decide if a cycle or two would be a good decision for me?

From what I understand about T3, is it has more risk because it deals with your thyroid. I have also heard it burns right through muscle as well as the fat (this is very bad), and most bros who use it, would not use it unless they were on their cycle.


Oh yes, don't use T3 unless youre using AAS too..... I think clen by itself will help you enough, and isn't catabolic to muscle tissue..... Clen also is very effective when youre pretty lean when you start it, or close to your BF goal.... It takes your fatloss past the breaking point so to speak, but you have to be on the Threshold of the breaking point for it to do its' best for you..... T3 is very effective, but it's kinda dangerous if you don't know what youre doing, and it can fuck up your metabolism, making fatloss in future diets even harder..... Stick with the Clen for now, and digest the info on the T3, get a better/clearer picture of how you are gonna use it.... Then try it out when youre more informed on its' proper use....

thanks for the info guys. i have never used a drug at all (besides thermorexin which seemed to do NOTHING for me). i'm now thinking of trying out just the clen along with taurine. see how that goes. any other suggestions?

Yeah, after your 1st 2 week cycle of Clen, try to use a non Beta 2 fatburner for the next 2 weeks.... So don't use ECA since it affects the Beta 2 during the next 2 weeks.... Let the receptors clear out, and your next 2 week clen cycle will be much more effective..... Trust me on this, I just found this out by personal experimentation over the past 3 months.... I used Trex on my 2 week off Clen cycles..... And I'm not affilated with AF store either.....

That's good advice.

On my 2 off weeks, I use T-rex because it's ephedra-free and gives me a huge energy boost doing cardio!

If T-rex didn't work for you alone, try using it in combo with Clen (NOT on the same days - just your off weeks like I said above) personally I've had pretty good results.
