help-i'm in a hurry. Digital camera and e-bay

I'm fixing to leave to go buy a digital camera. Any last second advice. I will be using it to post picutes of myself on here. I think 150.00$ 2 megapixels should be sufficient?? Also I want to look at buying a t.v. on e-bay. I don't know anything about e-bay. My concern is, are you protected from being ripped off?

well...my pic was done with a 1.2 mega pixel digital camera..and it sucks.

I sell a lot of stuff on Ebay and I have to buy a better camera because most of my pics are too dark.

Make sure you have a good sized memory stick too.
