hey! iam a 15 year old boy. im 190 pounds and am 5'8". i was fat befor i started to work out, and now 6 months later i have gained a muscular form. Im lacking alot of definition, in fact i dont have any definiton!!! how can i gain mass and get ripped at the same time?? what should i eat to do so!? how should i work out to do so!? im scared to eat to many calories due to the fat gain, and im too scared to eat less calories of the lack if mass gain. please help me !! thank you!
