hey! iam a 15 year old boy. im 190 pounds and am 5'8". i was fat befor i started to work out, and now 6 months later i have gained a muscular form. Im lacking alot of definition, in fact i dont have any definiton!!! how can i gain mass and get ripped at the same time?? what should i eat to do so!? how should i work out to do so!? im scared to eat to many calories due to the fat gain, and im too scared to eat less calories of the lack if mass gain. please help me !! thank you!:(

just keep training and eating cleanly. A lot of guys here wish they'd had the awareness to start lifting at your age. If you keep it up I promise you by 18 you will be head and shoulders above the rest of your age bracket. It just takes time and patience. I started lifting when I was 19 years old, 165 lbs, now I am 230lbs and my max lifts from when I started lifting are now my warm up sets :)

You should try to do a balanced diet where you just alternate caloric intake week by week:
example
week 1: weight x 15 in calories
week 2: weight x 12 in cal
week 3: weight x 16
week 4: weight x 10
week 5: weight x 18
week 6: weight x 11

I would suggest using simple ratios of 40%protein/30% carbs/ 30% fat....
READ the STICKIES on top of the DIET DISCUSSION BOARD>..they contain my manuals, you might find the diet you like there.

Hey bro, I feel ya. Follow the meal plan perscribed here and try to get your hands on the Bigger, Faster, Stronger program. When I was in highschool I went from 140lbs as a sophmore to 180lbs as a senior. Shoulders measered at 54", 19" arms(did not curl that much) 48" chest and 30" waist. I also squated 600lbs paralel. hope that helps. Saint7

AKABA-

Look to all you can eat breakfast buffets. When I first got out of highschool i weighed around 135, by the next year I had got up to 188. At some point I think you need to bite the bullet and just start packing in the calories. Do it while your younger and still have the youthful metabolism to support it. Maybe start next fall and go through mid winter eating everything(within reason) in sight. Then If you feel you need to, adjust your calories for the summer to look good for the girls! (Or just go ahead and get married, that way you dont have to worry about your abs and can focus on getting big and strong as fuck!)

But 190lbs at 15yrs? WTF? Thats awesome man, just for the most part keep up what you are doing, you sound like your on the right track!

Dude....you had 19" arms at 180lbs....HOLY SHIT! that's pretty good....sounds a little suspect to me though:rolleyes:

19' arms at 180, thats imposible. i got up to 230 in my off-season this year, and I bearly broke the 20' inch mark ihave also been weightlifting since i was 15 years old and im 23 now. the only way this would even remotley possible, would be by way of A.S. and GH.

You have to understand that I am was only 5'5" and only had a little way's to go in regards to a parallel squat. Saint7

The site for the lifting program is www.biggerfasterstronger.com. It did wonders for me in highschool. For all those experts about the 600lbs squat try the program yourself and you will see. I am not trying to get nearly that much now do to the fact of age and risk of injury. I was 5'5" 180lbs and trying to make it in football. At the JC level I was still to short to play so that is why I busted my butt to make the squat and the 1500lbs club to make the team. Saint7
