Help!! I need a strong man....

I got a nail in my tire today on the way home from work and it now has a slow leak. Well, I thought I would take the old one off and put on the spare, so I could have the other tire fixed tomorrow.

But I can only get 3 of the lug nuts off..:bawling:

Well, if you can make it down here in the next 30 minutes I'll fix it before I go to work.:)

You really didn't want to go to work anyway, did you?!? :D

But I am afraid that with a slow leak in my tire, 3 lug nuts off and a $280 speeding ticket in my wallet... that it is going to take me longer than a 1/2 hour to get there...

spray some WD-40 on the lug you can't get out and allow it to soak in for 2-3mins, spray a small amount more on it just prior to attempting it again....also you can try using that Fix-a-flat sealer to hold it temperarily till you can have it fixed
 
I tried the WD-40 thing already...
It didn't work!! :bawling:

Fix-a-flat, eh...Well, if it is not flat by morning...I will have to go to Napa and get some...:D

what I did was use a bike pump to pump the bitch up and drove to tires plus quick as hell...they are nice and cheap, Id fix it for ya but alls I know is your about 30 mins from me in the wisconsin direction :)

this is gonna sound stupid but you did loosen them before you jacked it up right? also did you try standing on it... altho your 100 lbbs might not be enough to do that trick.
 
No bike pumps or anything? hmmm maybe u do need a guy to do it lol

Right now Im tremblin a lot though cause of clen and would look pretty silly trying to use a tire wrench trembling lol

This is going to sound like Saint's question but the lug isn't one of those locking lugnuts that needs a special key to unlock it...is it? Just a thought!

Yes, I do have a "key" ...but from the way that it appears is that it is for only 2 of the bolts. And I already have those off...

I didn't see anybody post anything about locking lugnuts so I thought that could be your problem. Wish I could be of more help!
 
Toga....you gotta get it in your head that you are getting that lug nut off!!! Pull that strength out of your butt girl!!! :) :)

You can use a pair of Vice-grips if the bolt is stripped out so bad that nothing gets traction on it. It is a major bitch because you won't have much leverage, but it's worth a shot. It worked for me once.
 
getcha a 3" steel pole about five foot long and place the handle of your four-way (assuming that you are using a four way lug wrench) into one end and you should have plenty of leverage to break it loose.


this is refered to as a 'cheater' and it works great.:)
