HELP!!! I cant get my encripted e-mail to work(hushclone,java,security)

I cant get my e-mail to work. I have been using it foa a year with no problem now I cant log into it It says (hushclone, java, security invalid key ) something like that can anyone help me I really really need to get into the e-mail I might have to get new e-mail its an elitefitness encrypted e-mail account
