Help. Heart rate....

sorry about the cross post, but I am a little nervous.

Ok, so maybe I am a little over stimulated between the T3, the tRex and the coffee I drank (i know, i know, coffee will kill ya)....


But at what heart rate level should I start to be concerned about it being too high? (I am just sitting at my desk programming)

this i kind of important at the moment, so if you could, please reply.

80 and up bro, i mean just few beats over 80 is borderline, but over 85 you should definitely be concerned. Ease up on caffeine, ephedra, any stimulators for fat loss. Take some Taurine, cranbery extract and stop smoking if you doing so.

Ease up a bit about it as well, as you might stress yourself too much and this will indeed make matters worse.
 
Do you know what your max HR is or your normal seated HR? My max is about 185. If I just walk over to my road bicycle in anticipation of a ride I can get up to 110-120 easy. I feel perfectly fine at anything below 130-135. My breathing isn't really labored until i'm in the 140's.
 
Chef.. what is your heart rate? I found this on a medical site..

Normal values for resting heart rate:

children over 10 and adults; 60 to 100 beats per minute
well-trained athletes; 40 to 60 beats per minute
 
Um let me say that I am on a VERY specific and controled diet (within 10-20 kcals of target, and about 2-3% deviation on macro percentages) and a VERY strict training and cycle period right now: the cutter from hell, at least for me.

And just from experience 85 aint shite, broly.

Now, ya big galoots, at what heart rate should I be concerned about my skull cap popping off?

Good advice but your numbers are way off. Average resting HR for a man is 70bpm, and by resting they mean lying in bed. If you're into your day and only at 80bpm you've got bigger problems than your HR....like getting hit by a meteor.

Wow, Thanks for the research!

My resting goes between about 62-68. But my current 'regimen' has me outside of the normal scale.

I know what you mean. When it gets up there towards 100 I am always conscious of it.

If you don't feel right, only then would i be concerned.
 
I'm at 95bpm right now wearing a HR monitor. I'm also on 200mg DNP.

Truth.

I was a neandrafuck at a meeting this morning and had two HUGE cups of coffee on top of the 3 trex and I am at 100mcg of T3 at the moment.

The added caffeine was a real assnozzle move, I will NOT do that again anytime soon.

I don't doubt it, when clean and in summer my resting is about 65!

It was crazy when in my late 20's and did a few marathons, my resting rate was 45-50.

I dont know man, when I go to doctors office they usually check my blood pressure and heart rate

usually its in low 60s which the woman was suprised too

so I'm assuming if I'm just sitting here doing nothing it would be under 60


as a matter of fact I'm gonna go check right now

That sounds great, I haven't been that low since back in my cycling days... which are comin' back starting at the end of june, btw!!!

The soupbrained thing is I have kick ass fresh ground decaf sitting a whole 5 inches from the leaded stuff.
