This is what I see when I bring up the EF log on screen

This is what I see after I try to log in

I've tried cleaning all temp and cookie folders and for some reason I can log in with IE, but I'd much rather jsut use Mozilla

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

reboot your system after you cleared all your cookies, then see if it happens

what bb said.
if that doesn't help, do a system cleanup:
start- all programs-accessories-system tools-disk cleanup.

and if THAT doesn't work, upgrade to the latest version of mozilla.

we need some digger up in here

ps. use the support link :)

I'll try system clean up right now

BTW, this problem started after the first maintenance outage this week.

damn 15,000 karma hits is a nice payout for this Q

Open Firefox, go to tools, select clear private data.
Then go to tools again, go to options, select download history, clear that, do the same for cache and cookies.

Close firefox. reopen, should do it.

are you using expertpcsupport?
that was having some trouble for a day or two. if you are, clear your cache (let me know if you don't know how).

Glad to help.

I'd still install the System mechanic that I mentioned and run that, fix the registry, deep system clean, defrag ram...

lol, thanks, I wrote out steps to clear history and cookies and temp files in my first post then changed it b/c I noticed that you had said you did that.

I wonder why using the tools in Firefox would make a difference, looks like they do the exact same thing. Good to know you can just use the tools to do that

Thanks for the K and thanks to JHchiro for good info

i had that same screen come up yesterday, first time id ever seen it, i just got out of mozilla and went back in and it worked fine
