HELP- hair?

starting to show a small amount of thinning in just the front. I am the only one who notices it but I know my hair. I have had a hat on for a while to, so I wonder if that made me start going bald (k.chesney, hat= bald lol)

My question: What OCT supps & SHANPOOS can I get to help slow this down?
