My resolution for this year is to see my abs again! My stats: I'm 6'0" 195lbs, 22% bf, 35 yrs of age. I have experience in weight training. I would like to get in the 10-12% bf. range, while staying at 195lbs. If someone could help me with a sample diet, menu and show what they think the proper breakdown of calories, carbs, protein and fat would be it would be very helpful. BTW. I'd like to use only legal supplements. I can train at any hour of the day or evening. Time is not an issue, but I would like know how long it should take to drop 10-12% of bodyfat. Also, I'm not opposed to doing cardio. Thanks guys, great site, tons of information!
