Help For My Fiance Please???

I posted this a few times but no one could give me a straight answer..She has cistic Breast Syndrome which means she gets bumps on her breast during her period..I got her on Multi vitamins..Vitamin E and Vitamin b-12..I had purchased some Soy Protein but a few people stated this may not be a good idea for her, So what kind of protein would be good Whey or a other, And what other supplements can I purchase..Please someone help me out here

Has she been to a Dr. or a OBGYN? While I don't know much about this issue, I would think that this needs a Dr's care and not information from a fitness board. Regardless of that, have you posted this in the womens forum? Maybe someone over there has had firsthand experience with this issue and can offer some specific real world help. Sorry I can't be more help bro; good luck.

She went to the Doctor and he said she needs less fats and Vitamin E, I'm just wondering about a protein that would be good or any other vitamins

Well, Whey is common but I refer egg white protein. Did he say she needs less fats overall or the right type of fats like Omega 3, 6, 9, etc?

Cut fats but better fats basically, shes skinny 5'5 125 lbs but he says she just needs to eat better I guess..
 
your answer is in your own question bro. eat right, and trust me, have her take 1-2 grams of omega-3's a day..in about 3 months..wonders will occur..
