ive done some more research but i was wondering if you guys could give me your advice....im a baseball player...and im looking to get allloooootttt strogner...(hit teh blal alot harder and deeper)....i was wondering what you guys think i could take that i would get hell of alot stronger and alil bit a size from...and will be able to keep just about most gains because i can not train as hard in season...help is apprecaited thanks guys
