Today is the last day of my Anavar/Proviron cycle and I will be starting my PCT tomorrow. I just learned yesterday that a debt that I had written off from over two years ago is being paid back, so I have a windfall of cash that will enable me to be a bit more indulgent in my spending on supplements and ancillaries. As a result, I'm looking for some advice from the fine folks on the forum here to best maximize my results and get the most bang for the buck.
The goal is to continue to lean out dropping bodyfat while adding a few pounds of lean mass here and there during the process. Not looking for a monster build - more the lean and mean "300" look.
My overall plan for the start of the year (designed by Dylan) is as follows:
Weeks 1-4 - PCT
Unleashed/Post single dose
DAA
Forma 10 pumps/day
Chlomid 25/day
Ostarine 25/day
Weeks 5-12 - SARMs
Osta 25/day
S-4 50/day
GW 20/day
Albuterol (starting week 7-12)
HCGenerate
Test Infusion
Weeks 13-15 - Mini-PCT
Unleased/Post
Bridge (double dose)
Weeks 16-? - First injectible cycle
I haven't decided on this but will be looking for advice once I get all the other details for the first couple months squared away.
Continuous Supplements
Protein
N2Slin
Creatine Nitrate
Multi
Those are the elements that I'm petty set on and feel comfortable having in my plan. I'm now trying to decide what, if anything, I should add to flesh it out and improve upon the overall cycle. My thoughts include:
NTBM Protein - Finally going to get this. Thoughts on best flavors?
Gear - Is this worth adding/including? If so, is it a continous supplement like N2slin or something that you cycle on and off to maximize it's benefit?
Mr. Supps Keto - I saw that Dylan suggested this as a great addition to the second half of a PTC, but didn't see any answer as to whether it should be used just those two weeks or continued into the beginning of a cycle/SARMs stack. Where in the above cycle would it be best used?
Any other suggestions/critiques/thoughts? Suggestions for other AAS/Supps/Ancillaries to include? Things that should be cut out?
Thanks
p.s. - Also happy to hear some ideas of what to run as my first injectible cycle. I'm taking today as a cheat day diet/exercise wise to relax and take it easy, but also using it to plan ahead and get ready.
