Help finding thread, info needed for a friend

He ef I have been searching for the thread of a letrozole only cycle to help cure and clear up existing gyno. If anybody could point me in the right direction on what the cycle is like or where to find it. Isn't it something like 3 weeks of increasing dosage then a 4th week tapering back down. I just need a standard out line of weekly dosages such as week 1, /.5/.5/1/1/1.25/1.25/2 then week 3 week 4 and so on. I know needto has something like this somewhere. thank you
