There is going to be a Strongman and Women contest in Columbia,MO. It is going to be on August 20th. It is free. Anyone can participate no matter the skill level. Location has not been found but will post when we do. Come have a great time and get a little work out. Please pass the word around.

update on Mid-MO strongman

Here is the new information

when: Aug. 20th 2005
time: 10:00 am
where: 705 E. walnut St. (Columbia, Missouri)(right by the court house)
How Much: there is a $35 entry fee for those who want to participate but free if you want to come and watch.

There is a women's division and right now we have two women that are intersted. We would like to get more women and younger kids to join. Please pass the word around. This is a great place to get started.
