What are you taking??? My buddy's eye has been twitching like mad ever since he started his cycle!! :freak: I'm pretty sure it was his left eye also. He just got back from the doc and he's lost 25% vision in that eye.

Anyone else experience this eye twitch phenomenon???

hey, man. I think you're full of sheeeite. Your gonna get him all worked up for nothing. My nut twitching problem hasn't had any serious ramifications. And besides his nose job is so he looks good to other people not himself :LockMe!:

Even though your nut and his eye may look similar I think you shouldn't take it so lightly. I've heard of guys with T.N.S.-Twitching Nut Syndrome, and it isn't pretty. :jump:

Nolvadex does that to me sometimes. Usually after 10-12 days my eye will twitch throughout the day at any gibven time. I reduced dose to 10mg from 20mg and the twitch stopped.

The other twitch I get is when adrenaline floods my blood stream, and I am about to fight or get into it. My cheek twitches when I have an adrenaline rush. lol

For years. As long as I can remember, but it doesn't happen very often. Like a few seconds a month.
 
its probably one of two things:
1. an overfiring of neurons from something stress related or some drug (aas)
2. due to high blood pressure. could be an early warning sign of a stroke behind the eye (not trying to freak you out here). may require blood pressure medication if it is constant.

I've had this happen many times. One eye starts twitching like crazy for like 20sec at a time and repeats several times a day. It is always the top lid. This can go on for days even weeks at a time. I had to go to the ER once for a back injury and mentioned it to the nurse as it happened just then as well. She said not to worry it is related to a virus. Not sure if she was full of shit or what, but sure enough it has always cleared up after a week or two.
 
I have read somewhere on this board about Clomid causing blurred vision while using it but then it clears up after the person stops. Let me see what I can dig up.

Blurred vision is the most complained about side of Clomid use.

I don't have any studies, but alot of guys have complained about this.

Thanks Division, I wasn't finding anything yet. I have never used it and that alone is reason enough to stay away from it for me. Oh and her name is Carolina Ardohain, it is just the picture she isn't all that pale.

This isn't a major problem. The technical term for any kind of eye twitching is blephrospasm. A number of every day factors can contribute to this condition such as stress, fatigue, irritation in the eye, or consuming excess amounts of caffeine.

The vision problems from Clomid is due to optic neuritis which is an inflammation of the nerves in the eye. This is a temporary side effect and is reversible with cessation of the drug.

Dude dont worry about it.Just about every time ive done a cycle i get eye twitching.Mostly with prop or Eq. I just drink more water and take more multi vitamins and it goes away. You gotta think, your putting your body through alot, and getting stressed wont help it. Just relax....
 
once in a while, i get that twitch too.
its most certainly uncomfy for a few days but goes away.
 
it's probably just "benign fasciculation". involuntary contractions. usually stress related (think inspector clouseau's boss, inspector dryfoos). i get it in an eyelid from time to time, occassionally in internal organs, i had it happen to the skin in between my thumb & pointer finger. my hand looked like it was possessed.

hadnt read or heard of clomidclowns suggesstion of warning of behind the eye stroke. sounds plausible enuf to check out.

Anyway, I have had eye-twitching problems also, and while they do drive me totally bonkers at the time, they always go away.

I am really glad I read this post. Next time it happens, I will know not to panic. Last time it happened, which I believe was during clomid pct after my last cycle, I was well on my way to convincing myself that it was an early stage of Cerebral Palsy or ALS or some such shit.

Am I alone in finding that the side effects of clomid are really downplayed? I mean, so far I have done Deca, Dbol, Anavar, and Winny, and clomid has had stronger sides than any of them.

That shit makes me feel WEIRD.

You're correct, bro it is intelligent. I would rather state that it could be an early warning of a storke than see someone who is already having vision probelms lose more sight in their eye. Now he has the info in hand and is ready to go to a doctor and have his bp monitored. Who knows maybe he will get some bp medication like eye drops.

I think you need to consider someones health overall when you make suggestion like that, which is what I did.
 
have you been under a lot of strees latley? i think its probably psychological try a benzo and see if it stops it. is it noticable to other pepole?

I feel for you though bro, it is ANNOYING as hell, especially if you trying to read, or drive. I end up smacking the side of my head out of frustration to try and get it to stop!

Im a bit worried about the stroke/ blood pressure comments though. I got so angry once when i was driving to go beat some twat who'd hit my GF that my eye started twitching like hell and then i felt somthing go pop behind my eye. I ve never been so mad though, it was weird, i was getting angrier and angrier untill i actualy hit a point where i felt calm and i was quite contented?! That was long before gear as well. If it happens again ill go to the doc, i dont want a stroke.

Im willing to say you take your clomid in the morning? try taking it in the evening a few hours before bed

thats how I do it and my eyes are fine on clomid

I can sympathize with anybody with this problem. I'm a naturally stressed out person as it is, plus I'm a server in a restaurant, plus I'm using 1g of test a week. I can't stand it sometimes, I just want to choke people out. I've had a facial tics for a few years now(mostly my lip and my right eye) but today was the worst, I was very busy and I had the table from hell, they were complicated and demanding, my eye got so bad at one point that I almost wondered if they could see it. My face felt like it looked like this :freak:

I can't believe none of you guys even thought of what could BE the reason why your eye is twitching! My left eye used to twitch and I was straight as an arrow - no aas, etc. After seeing a chiropractor who knew what the hell he was doing and talking about, took some x-rayz of my neck and showed me where certain vertebraes were pinching my nerves causing this, and my headaches. Needless to say, after several months of treatments of adjustments and traction - 3 times a week - I have never had this problem again. We all body build here, putting our bodies under serious stress. We examine our aas intakes, our protein and carb/calorie intakes, our nutrition intakes, but we never take care of our bone structure - physically. Trust me guys, if you guys got 30$ or so, some insurance, go check out a really good chiropractor who not only adjusts, but offers traction (that's the key). BTW, when my chiropractor first examined me, took x-rays, he drew the lines on the pics etc, and showed that I had a 7% curve in my neck. We're supposed to have a 35% curve!! It took about 3 months to get it to 29% (28-35 is acceptible). I was in an accident, rear collision - not bad- only bent the bumper of my truck downward, but gave me small whiplash, I went to my chiropractor and he x-rayed me again. Now, I haven't been to his office since my last treatments which got me back to 29% curve almost 5 years ago, that accident knocked the curve right out of my neck . Guess what a small fender bender did to the curve of my neck? YUP! It knocked me back to a -3% curve! YES..

So whether it might be a drug reaction, check the obvious - your bone structure, and also ask yourselves how many accidents have you been in your life? I'm finishing up on 25 visits, which the idiot's insurance is going to pay, that's why I hired a lawyer. Most ins. companies will have you see a physical therapist who will screw you up in the long run more than if you just get it fixed correctly at a chiro.. Anyhow..off to bedtime...tnx eq! LOL..

I dealt with blepharospasms off and on for two months straight. I was just so stressed from finals my eye went nuts. It eventually went away though.
