I'm 5'10" 230lbs about 17% bodyfat i have done acouple cycles of aas.....would like to get down in single digits would like some suggestions on things...I'm not to good a doing diets like when and when not to eat stuff during the day i just make sure to eat 50g of protein every 3-4 hours and thats all ...so please lets keep this bumped up with some help thanks guys
