Help Droping weight

I'm 5'10" 230lbs about 17% bodyfat i have done acouple cycles of aas.....would like to get down in single digits would like some suggestions on things...I'm not to good a doing diets like when and when not to eat stuff during the day i just make sure to eat 50g of protein every 3-4 hours and thats all ...so please lets keep this bumped up with some help thanks guys

So you want to get down to single digits, but don't want to follow a diet....hmmmm, I can help you do protein/carb cycling. Check out my protein/cycling manual it's a STICKY on top of this page.

I would say, off hand, you can give CKD a try. Have you done Ketonic diets before?

no i didnt say i didnt want to do a diet i said i dont know much about seting this up like when and when not to eat carbs and all that stuff...im just trying to drop some fat...im taking a test right now so i can minimize my muscle lose

#1) if you are taking test I hope you're taking Anti-E's

#2) this all depends on the diet your are comfortable with, I would suggest a CKD until you get to high single digits
