Help Cycle Dbol

I was wondering what you guys thought about taking aas at a high bf?

I am in the high teens for bf and I want to put on mass and lean out abit for the summer. I have Dbol and ergomax on hand.

I was thinking that I could run Ergomax and/or Dbol along with a good diet to gain some realy good size and lean out.

What do you guys think I should do?


PS: I have been lifting for awhile now and I havedone a few cycles of roids.

I think everyone is going to tell you to get your diet in check first. Unless you just want the AS for strength, what are you wanting to gain from your cycle ie. definition, strength, vascularity, lower bf% etc...
 
gaining size and leaning out most of the time do not go together. one or the other in my opinion. dbol will not lean you out, it will make you bigger and more bloated. try some tren, worked wonders for my BF and i added some size but not as much as my bulking cycle. hope this helps.

I like this advice. Although I think you could probably put on some lbm with a dbol and a high dose of adex.
 
dbol can help cut (anabolic enviroment leads to less muscle loss), but its mainly diet and cardio.
IMO, do one or the other, its WAY to hard to do both. I loose fat slowly, so id lean out first then cycle while eating clean to put on lean mass (as lean as possible).
 
I was thinking about running dnp again, last time I ran it was 8 months ago. How much bf can be lost(estimate) at 400mg for 1 weeks time with a low cal diet?
 
I would not choose D-bol for a cutting cycle for several reasons.
1. Any type of cardio is nearly impossible due to the severe pump in calves, shins and lower back
2. D-bol is most effective when eating a ton of calories -not conducive to cutting
3. The huge water retention will blurr sighns of BF loss.
4. You feel very lethargic on it( at least I do and I'm on it now)

These are just my experiances but I would save the D-bol., get your diet in check , drop the bf(with or without juice and then start a clean bulker and use your d-bol then
 
You've all been giving this so-called kid good advice about cleaning up his diet and working out, and what does he do?. He keeps dragging the subject back to DNP. Enough! He is banned, banned, banned.
