nothing complicated here, but i can't minimize a window. if i do, it doesn't go down to the bar on the toolbar. i have to go back to the desktop to click on it to maximize again. i'm running windows 98
sounds like you have the black ops codescreen virus. better format c: and partition to 3 drives using fdisk via bootscan. install a backup version of 98 on the 3rd drive labeled f:/. after reformatting install norton and check for viruses again. make sure you defragment your hd before doing any of this.
