Hey guys, my buddy needs help, he plays baseball, he wants to Bulk for about 8 weeks, then he wants to cut up without losing much strength, he would love to be able to put on about 20 - 30 lbs in about 20 - 25 weeks. Can u guys recommend anything to me? I hear deca really helps out the joints, and that would be somthin that im sure would help him, because he does have to throw a baseball. This is his first cycle. Also if yall could give advice on some post cycle, that would help to.
