Help Bros I Need Help For My Current Problems..

Hi,

Few years ago i packed on lots of pounds of fat for some reasons in life problems. The fat i gained disfigured my face , made me look nasty and i wasnt really that overweight.. around 225lbs at my highest weight and im 6'2.

Then i do the mistake and starve myself because i was too depressed to leave the house because of my face. So i lose tonz of muscles and fat but not enough to restore facial normalcy. My bones started to show around my wrist so i stopped the "low cal veggie only diet crap" and i go get some protein shake.Damage was done, muscles in legs , arms were being eaten fast , chest was crushed . nway its all screwed up.

i dont know what to do, i cant go to the gymn to regain my muscles because of my face and if i wanna lose fat i cant do that because i shrink too much when i lose the water my body looks like a stick .

im currently 210lbs~ screwed body composition tho. Still have lots of fat left and less muscles.

so problems are : tonz of body fat, screwed face , loss muscles , depression (obviously).

please advise on what to do im tired of staying at home!.
 
Son get off your ass, join a gym, workout like an animal, eat clean, use the proper supplements and I'm not talking banned drugs either. Drink water by the gallon and get proper rest. You will improve the way you look dramatically. It won't be over night but it will come.:)

Stop complaining and join a gym. Believe it or not no one cares what you look like<unless you're a hottie> and train and eat right -- and that means no fad diets.
 
Dude, you got some serious issues! You need to turn things around. Before you do anything you have to get a mental grasp on your situation. All the training in the world wont do shit for you if you are mentally not into it and depressed. Once your mind is set then go for it.

As soon as I fully decide in my mind to do something, I do it and nothing stops me. Now in your case, you have to get over the depression, if you cant do this you may need some help and some other drugs. That is your call. I will offer you this advice though.

Dont worry what you look like now, just focus on the transformation that you are working towards. There is a 300+ lb women that goes to my gym. She is massive, can hardly fit throught the door way without buttering her hips. Its disturbing almost to watch her workout, and many people snicker behind her back, but I think that she is a strong indiviual. At least she is doing something about it, instead of sitting home like a negative depressed piece of shit (sorry not trying to make it worse). Takes a bit of balls, and commitment as Im sure it is mentally tough for her to be in the gym and be the biggest one there.

So ... who gives a fuck about your face and body and what other people think about it. You cant let this lock you in your home bro. The longer it does, the worse its gonna get. Instead what you have to do is grab the bull by the horns and go balls to the wall. Start researching as much as you possibly can to overcome these problems. Give us some more of your stats to help you out. Have you trained before at the gym? what is your age and height. If you are at least close to 6ft then 210 is not that terribly overweight and shouldnt be that hard to loose.

Some basic concepts you are going to have to grasp and understand are things like training, diet, cardio, rest, and then you can start looking into some performance supps/drugs. You are going to have to decide your goals, and get a good training regimine and diet set up. Stick with high protien and do not go freakin vegetarian please! Like liftsiron says if you are determined to make it work it will, maybe not right away, but keep working at it.

what should i do first cut or bulk??

fix face asap through fat loss? regardless of muscle loss?then bulk like a maniac?

or lift while being stressed out

I'm not sure whats wrong with your face but you can try some clen and yohimburn df. The clen should help with catabolism but you have to do things properly. An all veggie diet with no protien isn't going to help.

Don't "bulk" or "cut" just get in the gym and work out with a clean diet. You will gain muscle and lose fat if you are in as bad shape as your post suggests.

Try clen bro, usually when I use clen the first place it comes off is on my face, i have heard this from others too, i don't know why and i don't have anything scientifical to back it up, but it works-josh

Hey...who the hell cares what your face looks like? If you want to be the man, you need to start acting like it. Get in the gym, and don't be discouraged because if you want something, you need to go out and grab it and not let go. I can't do shit for you man. I'm sorry but that's the truth. The only person who can deal with your problems is you. Good luck.
