I need everyones help here... I am stressing out big time! He is my cycle that I was running....

Test Prop 500mg/week I have been on test for 3 months so far
Anavar 40mg/day 8 weeks so far
Letrazole 1ml/DAY I did this for 1 month but STOPPED AFTER I READ HOW
BAD IT IS ON CHOLESTEROL...
T-3 25mcg/day I have been on this for like 2 months...

In general I have cycled for the last 3-4 years....

MY Bloodwork came back... HDL 9 Total 169 ....I made another post about the cholesterol.....and got good advice....

The Dr. is SCARED about my POTASSIUM levels....it is extremely high 6.1 ... THe stupid R.N. flipped when I said I was juicing...said I could die...stroke...heart attack...ETC ETC ETC.... She said my Kidneys are in horrible shape...How the fuck could she know that from a blood test?

Anyway....I AM STOPPING ANAVAR and I stopped the Letra (anti-E) a week ago.........
I just started taking Niacin, Fish Oil Caps....

MY QUESTION:
Is Test Prop bad to take at a dose of say 400mg/week....how bad will it affect my Potassium and HDL levels....I do not want to go COLD TURKEY ....at least take some small test....???

I stopped the Var! Is this a key element to getting my HDL back and Kidneys functioning again?

Any advice , experiences, anything....!!! Please help! Thanks!

I have been on test and deca non-stop for the past year and a half. I get my blood checked every two months and I have had no negative readings with my HDL. Everything so far has been fine. I don't think test would have a negative impact on the HDL and cholesterol, however everyone is different. Personally, I would ditch the anavar, letrazole, and t3. I would stay with the test at a low dose, maybe 300-400mg per week. Are you doing any cardio? If not I would do at lease 4-5 sessions per week. Also, the fish oil and niacin should help. Keep the diet very clean. Good luck bro.

Yeah that is exactly my plan.... Thank you for the advice! Do you know anything about POTASSIUM levels?

Your doctor should recheck your potassium level. Your specimen probably got hemolysed. If he didn't recheck your potassium level, then ask him to do it, and change your doctor.
You cannot say anything about kidney function without checking BUN and Creatinine.
If they are OK, then your kidneys are fine.

LOL! This is the second blood test because they thought potassium was messed up from the first one! just like you said! Anyway... BUN ratio is 11.6 and CREATININE is 1.2 Thank you very much....

I don't know anything about potassium levels. Listen, this is what I have been doing for the past year and a half. I have been using test at 250mg per week along with deca at 200mg per week. I use no anti-estrogens. Alot of people will say that you can't make gains on low dosages, however I have realized slow steady gains with this approach. Also, I have noticed very little side effects except for some mimimal acne. I do cardio everyday, sometimes twice per day. I will do a high intensity session in the morning and sometimes a lower intensity session in the evening. My goal with cardio is not to burn fat but condition the heart. This is why I concentrate on a higher intensity. My HDL levels have never gone below 40 and my LDL stays around 60-70. Total cholesterol has fluctuated between 120-130. Everything else has been within the normal range. I started out at 180lbs at 6% bodyfat and I am currently 220lbs at 8%. Bodyfat was measured hydrostatically, which is the most accurate method. I am 5'10'', by the way. My diet has been very strict with alot of low glycemic carbs(Yams,Oatmeal) Chicken,Lean Steaks, and EFA"S. I personally think the long cycles with low doses and safe compounds(Test,Deca) is the way to go. Also, when using lower doses anti-estrogens are not needed.

I really appreciate this advice...very very solid! I like the idea....it will probably be something that I try once I am healthy again... I can't take the test out of the equation though... I don't think the Test Prop is what is hurting me here....you know? Thanks again for this helpful info and a new spin on cycling! -NJstacked

dbol cycle sent my cholesterol thru the roof and my HDL was superlow.. one month after cycle and with a clean diet it was back in check. sorry cant help you with the potassium question. but test cycles screw my cholesterol up too.

Thanks for the replies! Any mor einfo would be greatly appreciated

When my nurse tells me about my blood levels I listen, Why get blood work If you
don't like the anwsers?

HDL isn't that important man. whats more important is your overall cholesterol levels.

think about this way. if LDL is doing fine, you don't need HDL around to clear out LDL.

there have been some studies posted on this recently I believe.

Your cholesterol will rise when using any 17aa oral steroid (anavar in your case)... it will return to normal after the var is out of your system. It's only a temporary spike, don't get too worried. Chances are the Dr and RN won't know this and will just spaz on you cuz steroids are 'bad'.

The test shouldn't effect your cholesterol or liver values at all. The var did it... I doubt the letro has as big of an influence as you may think.

Schedule some bloodwork for several weeks following your PCT with them and everything should be back to normal and they can shut up :)
