I have never used the polish... But the Russians I'm using seem to work just fine.

When you say Polish you mean Mets, right?
If so, then they are better than the Russians, but they are way more expensive. Russians are more cost effective.

I think that there is no huge difference between them. Metanabol is much more expensive and trust me russian dbol kicks ass!!!
