Help appreciated planning first cycle

Hey guys,
as the title says I'm currently planning my first cycle. I've already spent a lot of time researching everything, but still some input would be greatly appreciated. I just wanna make sure that I do everything right, since this is a pretty big decision.

Where I am at right now?
I'm constantly lifting for 5 years now, weighing 208lbs at 6' with around 15%bf. Major lifts are squats 140Kg, Deads 180Kg, bench 120kg and Military press 70 kg. I work out 4 times a week and try to find a good mixture between heavy compound movements and isolated movements that really bring me to failure. My Diet is pretty much in check, I eat lots of protein and overall at around 3200kcal/day. Starting a cycle I would definitely clean everything up even more and have it spot on.
I believe if u cycle you gotta do it 100%, otherwise its nonsene and not needed.

Well why do I wanna cycle?
Because I really wanna try and bring me/my physique to the next level. After busting my ass for 5 years now I feel like I've reached a point where my body can handle a little push. I believe that I've built a pretty solid foundation mass and strength wise...now I just wanna take the next step.

What's my goal?
Well I'm not after the totally bulky look. Sure, my frame could use another 10-15lbs, but what matters most to me is quality. So my goal would be adding a decent amount of new LBM to my frame and getting rid of some BF%. If I ended up being 215 at somewhere around 10% I'd be more than happy.

What cycle do I have in mind?
Here's where I'm unsure. There's basically 4 roids that I put into consideration concerning my goal being Test E, EQ, Dbol and Anavar.
As a basic idea of a first cycle I often read Test E at 250-500mg/week for 12-16weeks with maybe some dbol for the first 4-6 weeks.

Another recommendation I got was this:
Test E 300mg/week for 20
EQ 300mg/week for 18
Either 4 weeks of dbol at the beginning or Anavar for the last 4 weeks.

I really dont plan on doing countless cycles...I actually have in mind to do 3-5 depending on how my progress is and rather focus on solid pct and keeping most of my gains than cycling twice a year for year after year. Thats why I really consider doing a longer cycle with 2 compounds + 1 oral instead of the commonly recommended first cycle. I always hear that the first cycle is the best and you can make most of it and since I dont wanna do too many cycles I just wanna get THE BEST out of this first cycle.
Of course I'm aware that a longer run would require a longer PCT, but I'm ready and willing to discuss this with y'all.

Stick to test e and one oral. No need to go 20 weeks for test on your first cycle. What is your proposed PCT and how old are you?
 
Congratulations on reaching your genetic potential and putting in the hard work before trying a cycle. Your calories, body fat and lifting look like they are all in check by your post. Since this is your first cycle I would run a simple Test/ Dbol combo.Something like this,

Week 1-12

Test 350 per week adjust as you see fit
Week 1-4
Dbol 30 to 50 mgs per day again adjusting as you go. You know your body and you will see how you respond to the gear and you can make adjustments as you see fit.
You could run EQ however it takes a while to kick in. An alternative to the EQ would be to run Winny weeks 8 thru 12. Good luck

You need to have a good PCT lined up and run HCG at 250 mgs per week during your cycle and Hcgenerate can be run during or PCT . Your PCT should be something like Unleashed,forma stanazol and 50 mgs of clomid for 2 to 3 weeks after your last shot should return your test levels to normal. Run your PCT a minimum of 3 weeks.
 
As a first cycle you need to keep it MUCH simpler, along the lines of what Arabian said.

Test E for 10 to 12 weeks at 500mg per week with 30mgs of Dbol ED for the first 4 weeks is PLENTY and there is NO reason why you should go above and beyond this for your first cycle. Start with this, see how you react and then move on and adjust for your next cycles.

10-12 weeks test e 400-500mg/wk and use T-Bol instead of D-Bol the first 4-5 weeks if you're looking for quality gains w/o the bloat.
Although test e, and eq is a great cycle for the body type you are looking for, I would save that cycle for next time. That's a longer, and more advanced cycle and I wouldn't recommend it right off the bat. See how you react to this one first.
 
Hey guys, sorry it took me so long to answer, but Ive been on the road a lot the last 2 days.
WOW, great to see that so many people chimed in and and tried to help, thanks!
Its greatly appreciated and really helped me to make up my mind about my first cycle.
After considering all of your input I've decided that its probably best for me if I stick to Test E/Dbol for my first cycle for maybe 12 weeks. I plan on running it 400mg/week splitted into 2 shots à 200mg every Mon/Thur. Not quite sure about the Dbol Dosing yet, but will start rather slowly and then change things if needed. Doses will probably be between 20 and 40mg/day.
My actual plan of Test E/EQ will be saved for my 2nd cycle next year. I think its probably more intelligent to save that stack for then when I already have experiene with only Test E. I'M gonna run it at proper doses then also, maybe Test 600/EQ 400. Something like that.
Even if my choice of gear now changed a little, my goal of course is still quality gains. So I'm gonna eat clean, BUT with this cycle I might try and add some quality mass to my frame. Hitting 220 would be awesome!

Now concerning PCT:
This is whats kinda confusing to me and I'd appreciate some more input on this, since its vital and I dont wanna mess around here.
I hear so many different things about it...I just dont know whats really needed/not needed for a cycle like the one I plan on doing.
As I said Ive got Clomid and Nolva on hand. I thought on using clomid. Nolva just when needed.
I heard that Clomid should be dosed as low as you can since sides can be nasty...what would a proper dosage be in my case?
Also I thought about adding a good test booster to my PCT, this makes perfect sense to me.

Heres whats really confusing to me: There seem to be some "new" productrs out there that seem to work good since most ppl talk great stuff about it like HCGenerate, Unleashed, Forma etc...
I wonder what of this stuff is necessary? I really dont wanna skip stuff I should be doing, but using ALL might be a little overkill huh?
And what about HCG and and AI? Needed in my case? AI just as needed I guess.

As you can see I'm really unsure of how to structure this. I know it all depends on choice of gear, length of cycle and of course on you and your body, but as a first timer its hard to get all the (partly) contradicting information into order. Please bare with me for asking, but I'd rather be safe than sorry and certainly wont start anything until I've got a perfectly suited PCT layout.

But then my friends, then I'm gonna go out and KILL IT!!!! :)

Hcg: week 5-all the way to pct
Clomid: 25mg 2 weeks after last shot ran 4 weeks
Unleashed: directions on bottle, run at least 4 weeks
Phytoserms 347: run at least 4 weeks

That works great for me but I usually run the unleashed and phytoserms indefinitely between cycles
 
Alright, thanks a lot guys! I think it's all clear now and I'm good to go.
I'm gonna get the stuff I need and then start 100% ready.

Hey guys,
its been awhile since I started this thread planning my first cycle. I spent the time since then as good as I could for further research, getting everything thats needed and dialing everything else in 100%. Diet, training and state of mind are all 100% in check and I'm absolutely ready to go and grow! My planned starting day was/is Monday, November 21st.
One thing I just did last week was getting bloodwork done to have solid numbers to begin with. Today I had an appointment with my doc to discuss the results and they were all perfectly fine except for one thing: He told me I had an underactive thyroid. He said it wasnt too bad, but bad enough to perscribe me some thyroid hormones. I didnt ask for this or anything...of course I read stuff about T3/4 on the boards, but since I'm new to all this by no means had I planned to involve this stuff in my first cycle, if ever. I always struggled a lot more to lose weight than to make gains and always had to be really(!) strict with diet to get my bf% down, but I always thought it had to to with my genetics. Well....this comes in kind of unexpected.
Now I got a prescription for something called L-thyroxin, which if I got everything right should stimulate T3 output.

What I'm asking for is some educated opinions on what to do? How does this affect my planned and ready to go cycle? Should I delay it? Should I not take the thyroid stuff? Should I incorporate it in the cycle, and if yes...how? I'm just really unsure in what respect this would affect my cycle, which is Test E+Dbol and was ought to put some meat on my frame since its my first course, I got fresh receptors and a good and solid foundation to start from. Would it be beneficial in terms of dropping bf or rather hinder me making gains?

Please let me know what you guys think as I'm not really familiar with all that thyroid stuff yet. Thanks a lot fo any help, it is appreciated!!
