Hey guys,
as the title says I'm currently planning my first cycle. I've already spent a lot of time researching everything, but still some input would be greatly appreciated. I just wanna make sure that I do everything right, since this is a pretty big decision.
Where I am at right now?
I'm constantly lifting for 5 years now, weighing 208lbs at 6' with around 15%bf. Major lifts are squats 140Kg, Deads 180Kg, bench 120kg and Military press 70 kg. I work out 4 times a week and try to find a good mixture between heavy compound movements and isolated movements that really bring me to failure. My Diet is pretty much in check, I eat lots of protein and overall at around 3200kcal/day. Starting a cycle I would definitely clean everything up even more and have it spot on.
I believe if u cycle you gotta do it 100%, otherwise its nonsene and not needed.
Well why do I wanna cycle?
Because I really wanna try and bring me/my physique to the next level. After busting my ass for 5 years now I feel like I've reached a point where my body can handle a little push. I believe that I've built a pretty solid foundation mass and strength wise...now I just wanna take the next step.
What's my goal?
Well I'm not after the totally bulky look. Sure, my frame could use another 10-15lbs, but what matters most to me is quality. So my goal would be adding a decent amount of new LBM to my frame and getting rid of some BF%. If I ended up being 215 at somewhere around 10% I'd be more than happy.
What cycle do I have in mind?
Here's where I'm unsure. There's basically 4 roids that I put into consideration concerning my goal being Test E, EQ, Dbol and Anavar.
As a basic idea of a first cycle I often read Test E at 250-500mg/week for 12-16weeks with maybe some dbol for the first 4-6 weeks.
Another recommendation I got was this:
Test E 300mg/week for 20
EQ 300mg/week for 18
Either 4 weeks of dbol at the beginning or Anavar for the last 4 weeks.
I really dont plan on doing countless cycles...I actually have in mind to do 3-5 depending on how my progress is and rather focus on solid pct and keeping most of my gains than cycling twice a year for year after year. Thats why I really consider doing a longer cycle with 2 compounds + 1 oral instead of the commonly recommended first cycle. I always hear that the first cycle is the best and you can make most of it and since I dont wanna do too many cycles I just wanna get THE BEST out of this first cycle.
Of course I'm aware that a longer run would require a longer PCT, but I'm ready and willing to discuss this with y'all.
I really hope to get some solid input and appreciate any help. Thanks guys!
