OK guys, I'm on a new diet and two of my meals consist of 75g protein, 30g fat, trace carbs. (veggies ok, starches not. think ketosis even though this isn't a keto diet).

Can anyone recommend any fast-food-type food that's condusive to that? I'm thinking 2 Pollo Loco chicken breasts, 1 thigh, and add some flax.

(BTW I've got flax oil and protein powder do make up for any deficit).

Let's hear it...

if that is prepared chicken ie fast food you are kidding yourself
it will contain transfat and probably carbs
pollo loco is a fast food chain is it not
it has been way too many years since i was out west

better to grill it yourself or at least roast it and go from there
another good alternative is cans of tuna or fresh tuna
lean roast beef is good too but make sure if you do not do it yourself that you read the labels
there is much added sugar/carbs in processed/ready to eat foods
invest in a foreman grill or something similar

pollo loco is fine. just b/c they serve food in less than 5 mins doesn't mean they use those saved seconds to inject it with transfats. it's not kfc.

i understand your point, but unfortunately i have a fulltime-and-more job and don't have the luxury of cooking for myself. or preparing meals the evening before, for that matter.

You have enough time to use a can opener on some tuna? Cheaper and your body would reap some serious benefits if you chose that instead. Heck, you can even go with the tuna pouches, some people around here swear by them. I would look more "to go" when you are at the grocery store, not the drive thru. Your body will show you the difference....
