It's been three years since I've done my last cycle; I'm 5'8 and built like a fire hydrant; so when I pack on "bad" weight, it looks twice as bad on me as it would on a taller guy. I've put on 30 pounds of it since last year due to an accident that had me out of the gym.
I don't mind doing anything drastic outside of DNP but not sure if Win and test would be a good combination to cut considering test's side effects with water; even with help from lasix, et. all.
Could someone suggest a good cutting and/or cutting/building cycle I may want to use along with the insane routine I've already jumped into at the gym?
Any help is appreciated.
