Help adjusting cycle - GH, Test, EQ, Winny

I'm on day 11 of my current cycle (5th cycle):

Wk 1-10 - Test Enanthate 500mg/wk
Wk 1-11 - EQ 400mg/wk
Wk 1-4 Winny 50mg/day (Tabs)
Wk 1-14 GH 2IU/day 6days on 1 off (I'm 40 and decided to go with this low dose after reading a number of Zyglamail's posts encouraging a lower, longer dose)
.5mg/day Liquidex changed to 1mg/day on day 6
25mg/day Proviron started day 10
Clomid therapy 18 days after last EQ shot.


My aim: increase lean muscle mass while reducing bf% :)

The problem is that this time around, my stomach feels incredibly distended and uncomfortable. On advice from another board, I upped my Liquidex dose to 1mg/day and that has helped but I still feel very uncomfortable. Clearly, the water retention this time is much worse than before. I have put on 10lbs in 11 days and normally I would love that but clearly this is almost all water. Within these 11 days, my trousers don't fit because my belly is so bloated.

My question is should I increase the Liquidex dose some more and if so, how much? Keep in mind that I also started Proviron on Day 10.

Also, is there anything else I can do to reduce this bloat? I was thinking of reducing the Test to only 200 - 300 mg/wk.

You might not be drinking enough water. You might be eating to much. A-dex's half life is 72 hours. A daily dose is not needed. 1mg EOD should be fine. Proviron will help a little, but I think its your diet. Do some morning cardio. You could reduce the test, but why. Also, I would go 5 on 2 off to extend the gh another 2 weeks. This will allow the gh to be there when you are restarting your HPTA. This will help keep you anabolic while your test levels are low.
 
Cycle looks good as it is....how many cals are you taking in and how much water are you drinking?......I think lawnsaver hit the nail on the head......

Well my calories are around 3500 - 4000. Around 300+gms protein and fats mainly from olive oil. High carbs right after working out and the next meal. Meium/low carbs for all other meals.
I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day.

This time I feel the water bloat is difficult to bear. I had actually started Tren 75mg/day but after just 4 days I had to stop - I was way to uncomfortable with the bloat. What else can explain the 10lb weight increase in 11 days?

My point of reducing Test was theorizing that it is the primary source of water retention and if I reduce it's dosage, the bloat would go down. I'm not quite sure what to do.....
 
Double your proviron dose.The l-dex is sufficient for those dosages IMO.How is your sodium intake?You could possibly try some dandelion root,or glycerol.As stated above,drinking a ton of water will also help keep you flushed out as well.
