Help a teen newbie?

Hey,
I'm currently looking for some ideas on how to build up. I was hoping someone could give me some tips.

I'm 16 years old, male, Filipino, and naturally, I'm not that tall due to my hereditary genes, even though I am rather tall for a Filipino. At my teen age, I only weigh about 120 lbs (yeah, I'm pretty light). I'm not horrendously skinny, as a matter of fact, although that's only because I do my best to eat a lot. I've always been a person to at least exercise. It's one of my objective to always stay in shape, and keep everything up to speed with my body.

But I never really exceed in my strength. For the most part, I bench about 130. Although, I don't bench a terrible lot - I'm not fond of going to huge open gyms; I prefer to work at home or in private.

Another one of my flaws, if you consider it a flaw at all, is my metabolism. I constantly eat and eat and eat, and never gain weight. I'm one of those people who could eat as much as the fattest kid in school, and still never gain weight. While this may be something to envy from the average girl in school, I find it annoying, because it gives me the impression that harder to build.

----------------------------------------------
Can anyone give me any of the following advice from what I've said here? Keep in mind, I'm trying to build, not just stay in shape.

How many push-ups and sit-ups should I do everyday?
" " pull-ups?
How much should I be able to bench consecutively, and what should be my max?
How big should my meals be each day? I only get two meals before supper, due to school, contrary to the recommended 5 a day. So I probably get 5 solid meals, but the last few are rushed through the evening.

it all depends on what you eat, make sure yer getting enough protein and carbs, and get a good 3 or 4 day a week workout split, even with a fast metabolism you can put on muscle if u do it right.

#1- Join a gym. dont worry about how small you are. Everyone starts somewhere. Dont think that big dude just walked in one day and started with 405

#2-EAT (lots of protein)

#3-EAT till you puke

#4-EAT again until you are sick of the though of food

To gain you need solid, dedicated workouts emphasizing compound movements and squats, deadlifts, bench, and overhead press, and rows. Eat. Eat a helluva lot, but try and keep it clean. Get sleep. I know this is very hard, especially if you are in school like me. But try and get enough rest. Above all, enjoy the journey!

true that. Don't worry about working out in public. My first time on the incline bench at a commercial gym with a free personal trainer session, he had me doing just the bar. Just ignore the other people around you and focus on your goal. Im 18, weigh 20 pounds more than you, and barely bench as much as you do. Don't worry about it.

most things were pretty much covered but if you want a way to gain and a quick inbetween class thing, get choc whey prot powder and natural peanut butter, take one scoop whey protien and 5 table spoons of natural peanut butter, blend it up and put it in a bottle or whatever and slam 3 of those a day inbetween classes on top of your other meals, dont worry about it getting warm,Im drinking one now and it tastes just fine
