Hey guys its been a while since ive been on here.....been busy with school and offseason.......my 1st cycle went good.....started at 204lbs got up to 228 but then got sick and went into spring football weighing 221.....now weighing 218 and im done with pct so im happy.....just wanted to tell everyone thanks for all the info and help.
Now for my question......im wanting to do a summer cutter, trying to stay around 220 but get leaner. I was wanting to know if 250mg test e once a week would be sufficient......im not really worried about the bloat and the looks,(well maybe a little) would that be enought to preserve muscle mass while on a calorie defecient diet?
