help a noob! need advice for my first cycle...

176lbs,
5'11"

I can bench press 185 pounds. i have some visible abs but also lower belly fat. I used to be real fat when i was young and so i had man boobs. now they are formed with the muscle behind them but this is one thing that worries me about steroids. I dont want them to get any bigger. Are there any roids that can prevent this or any other supplements that can help?

I am looking to start my first cycle. I do not want to inject anything tho only oral. I have heard that 30mg of superdrol was good when you first begin taking steroids, but i guess they do not sell that anymore? i need help on what to buy and where? anyways thanks a lot :)
 
dude there is no way you are even close to ready for steroids with your stats and lifts.

put in some work in the weightroom first

do you really think you have reached even close to your potential being able to bench just your body weight? come on.. there are chicks in the gym who can bench their body weight..
 
Please listen... Steve is right..to say the least. You are not even close to ready. Just the sound and manner of your words spells out a complete lack of knowledge and understanding. I do not recommend aas. You need to eat 5500 cals a day. And lift 5 days a week hard. After 6 months you will be starting to see a base forming. Rinse and repeat for 2-5 years. Then come back and we can talk. In the mean time, do research if it makes you happy.
 
First, let me say we aren't dissing you or anything. We just don't want you getting yourself hurt. With that said...
Dude... no. You are seriously asking for trouble- you are going to mess your body up in so many ways if you follow your "plan." I know I'm just reiterating what everyone else has said, but you need:
1. Research healthy eating and have a perfect diet.
2. More time hitting the weights and finding what training styles you like best/work for you.
3. Research any compound you are considering taking into your body- that's supplements/vitamins, protein, aas. If you had done some quick googling you would have seen superdrol is one of the harshest orals out there, and not just on the liver!!! Superdrol and it's clones have f'd up a lot of folks.
4. Time. Get a few more YEARS of CONSISTENT training under your belt.

Here's what you need at your stage:
1. Good diet
2. Solid multivitamin/mineral
3. Fish oil
4. Protein
5. Creatine and BCAAs
6. A pre workout drink (if it has stims, make sure to cycle off it)
