help a good bro out... winter bulker ideas

Dudes. I am planning my winter bulker (lean bulker). But don’t really have a good starting point on what I wan to do.

Lil – history I use to be big as phuck at 235 lean a few years back did many cycles of many diff shit. Then I tore my right biceps tendon (partial) and shrunk down to about 200 (didn’t weigh myself cause I was too depressed). After the arm healed I did sust & eq to put on some size got back up to 235 bloated and down to 230 on pct. Then did a summer tren/prop/winny and stayed at 230/235 but got rid of all the fat for the summer. been 4 months since last shot and currently on a 220. 222 exact this morning.

Thanks for reading all that – I would do the same for you..

Anyway the arm is healed up and I want to go big this winter – bigger than ever. But don’t want to tax the system any more than necessary.

Provided anything is avail – please give some good ideas for a cycle.

As a starting point – Ill give the following – please adjust for me

Deca 300 wk’s 1-10
EQ 400 wk’s 1-10
Enenthate 600 wks 1-10

Remember just a starting point don’t give me shit….

and anti-e's and pct goes without sayting bros.

but I digress.. Dbol/tren/test -- test/deca/tbol -- test/eq/dbol

You have lots of options.. the best thing you can do is running a liberal amount and eat a ton of fuckin food.. I'd recommend a 16-20 weeker since you already seem to have a bunch of experience.. run EQ for a long ass time and put on some QUALITY size :)
 
I dont want to rock any orals this time around (liver tax) and run a full ten - twelve weeker.

Anybody ever run - primo / deca / eq
