Hey, well I've got some answers to some of my question. Can anyone tell me what kinda foods i should be stating away wich have a lot of carbs in em? I m not too sure what I should stay away from.
My wedding is coming up soon and I'm trying to shed those extra pounds that I've gained from my pregnancy were I gained 75 pounds but I'm almost back to 160, but would like to shed a atleast 20 more pounds.

ok ill give this a shot. get your slow carbs, oatmeal, rice, pasta, baked potato..that sorta thing..stay way from fast carbs, candy, fruit and so on. no flour products either..get your protein, do your lifting, add some morning cardio..and voila
