as some of you may know i had a viral infection last week. i left work early today to rest my fucking sinus is killing. i am taking clatitin and allegra-d but not doing much any helpful hints. it is hard to breathe

thank you R. My throat is fine I just can't breathe through my nose. I though only in MN in the winter this happened. at least then you can get under a blanket, drink hot chocolate, watch the snow fall. here it is 100 degrees today. you lie down and sweat. so have you ever met any of the MN members in person yet>
