hello some questions for canadians

hello

what are the best CURRENTLY AVAILABLE over the counter suppletments for building long lasting muscle (not intermittent water weight)
NOTE

I AM CURRENTLY NOT USING WHEY ISOLATE PROTEIN AND I AM STILL NOT USING DEXTROSE IN MY POST WORKOUT. I AM USING CREATINE MONOHYDRATE POWDER (NOT ETHYL ESTER (EE))

i am also not eating properly due to being at a shitty residence with a shitty cafeteria. i cant even eat 5-8 eggs for breakfast. i have no morning protein.

please help to organize my diet/supplements to get them in order i know all the seperate components but i am unable to organize them properly.

ok buddy for canadians check out canadianwhey.com for your whey isolate protein, they have 10 lb tubs that are known to be extremely high quality (isolate) and very cheap, also flavourless so good for mixing.

get rid of that creatine monohydrate and definitly you are smart to consider the creatine ethyl ester (ee) these formulations have even higher sucess rates. Second of all, if your working out to gain muscle, or ANYTHING, GET THE HELL ON SOME PROTEIN. WHEY ISOLATE PROTEIN IS PART OF A COMPLETE DIET EVEN IF YOU ARE CUTTING/slimming down, and ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE. protein is the builder of muscle when combined with proper nutrition.

NUTRITION/DIET IS 90% of the battle. a good workout is key but anyone can do this. personally i have 900$ worth of shit sitting here ready to use.

THIRD, GET A GOOD MULTIVITAMIN, and eat one EVERY SINGLE DAY. ever day you fail to eat one, consider that a wasted day. literally.

dextrose in your post workout shake will be key. you should be eating 6-8 meals per day to really bulk up, remember the rule BUILD THE MUSCLE FIRST THEN CUT DOWN.

also for bulking, eggs in the monring are crucial. like the multivitamin if you fail to eat 4-6 eggs in the morning, (whey wouldnt you) they have SHITLOADS of protein. eat tuna during the day for fun. do LIGHT cardio. fuck your other steroid questioning posts buddy , your life is certainly not ready to handle the INSANITY of being on juice and especially you do NOT SEEM READY TO DEAL WITH THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF A STEROID CYCLE - WHAT HAPPENS IN THE 8 WEEKS AFTER, anti-estrogen drugs are no joke man this is a big mans game. you CAN be ready but get your shit in order first. and 6 months of solid working out must happen before any consideratio of steroids. post up your stats again here for everyone to see.

these are my opionions some may disagree but the knowledge on this site is unlimited
