hey everyone,

I am 26 years old and have done cycles in the past, but was mostly ignorant about what I was doing. I have been out of the gym for about a year, got burned out from overtraining. I am now looking for some good advice on test products that may be available. I have experience with a strict , high-cal, high-prot diet, but I need some current information on what type of supplemention to use.

bf= high

I want to drop about 20 lbs and gain around 15 lbs new lean muscle. I was thinking about using a winst, clen stack for about a month to cut up before summer and then spend the summer doing a more growth oriented cycle. I have used sust 250 in the past and liked it, but want some advice on what to combine it with and PCT. Considering using clomid post, but don't know much more than the general info given in sales pitches. Is it possible to trim down before you bulk or should I bulk first, then cut? Have more specific Q's , but want to make contacts.

I think you need to just clean up your diet and start hitting some cardio. I don't like your idea of a growth cycle if you're wanting to lose 20 pounds of bodyfat. How about you just eat clean and train for a while, then if you hit a wall hit the sauce.
 
I understand that I have a lot of extra bodyfat that I should kill before cycling, but I am actually already in pretty good cardiovascular shape and have a healthy diet. Most of my fat lies around my abdomen and I think it's retention there may have something to do with low test levels. I have cycled several times before and never used PCT and I think it may have screwed my natural test levels. I am much more lethargic than I have ever been and my legs and arms are still pretty strong and lean. I am most interested in peoples advice on PCT and if anyone knows if I can take drugs like clomid up to a year after a cycle and still get results I would like to hear from you. I am intent on cycling this summer and I am planning on losing a lot of my current fat before that time. I would appreciate some quality advice rather than people just telling me not to do it. If I wanted someone to tell me not to do it I would have asked my mother.
 
you need to get some blood work done bro. i have a friend that he would juice without pct because he never reseached it until now. Now he's in HRT for the rest of his life. he was juicing since he was 20 now he's 26 and he screwed up himself.
 
You wanted honest advice and you got it. Sometimes saying don't do it is the best advice. I agree, you need bloodwork and hopefully a doctor can restore your levels. I sure as hell wouldn't get on anything right now. Get yourself back to normalcy before you even think about fucking up your levels again. If I was your mom, I would tell you to drop bodyfat before hitting the gear. Good luck!
 
well i would have to say most men do gain there fat in that area 1st of so that is normal.. there are lots of guys that look lean other than there belly fat..
but i would say go for a diet hit it hard so cardio everyday..
get the blood work done.. 1st then make plan.. like an 30-1hr of cardio a day
and eating low calories.. and trying to keep from eating at least 3hrs before you go to bed at night.. just tell yourslef you are going to eat every few hrs but not much at all small small amounts every 2-3 hrs do you body does not think you are starving it.. and will relax and let the fat come off.. at leat get down to about 15 or below % body fat before you start the sauce.. that way you know you have everything in check... and it will just be an add helper.. If not you will not know what is doing it..
is it the way i am eat..?? or is it the sauce? or is it the clen?
 
If you think your test levels are abnormally low, you need to get some blood work done BEFORE you cycle. At 26 it's relatively easy to lose body fat with a good diet and cardio. However, if your endogenous test levels are low, it will be more difficult. Like was said above, get your blood work and then make a plan. What you should do will depend on the lab results. Thanks everyone for the advice. I had my serum testosterone and cortisol levels checked as well as liver function, BP, etc. and everything was great. I recently moved to a new city and my energy levels have gone up and I have lost most of the weight I wanted to lose in a short period of time. As silly as it sounds I may have just been depressed because of staying in one place for too long which led to feeling apathethic about my health.

I don't want to lose all of my weight before I cycle because I don't want stretch marks, excess stress on my ticker, and accusing fingers being pointed at me, but I do want to avoid a cycle that will cause bloating.
I am planning to do about 10 weeks of an Andropen & EQ inj with winny tabs and clomid. That being said:
Is andropen worth a damn? I have tried sust, is it comparable?
Should I spring for Armidex or is Clomid good enough?

I have never had any of the usual side effects attributed to test use. No acne, rage, breast tissue, etc., EXCEPT I have experienced some slight testicular atrophy. I don't consider it a major problem, but I definitely don't want any more. Is HCG worth the effort or too dangerous to even f with? Will clomid offer me adequate protection?

I have checked around for dosages and cycle recommendations, but if anyone has a good 8-12 week program involving just the products listed I would appreciate hearing about it. I have degrees in Biology and sports science so no diet advice please, I already know more than I want to.
