Helladrol Help?

Stats:
28 years old 6' 0' 218lbs lifting for 7 years 2 very committed. Currently on Helladrol (first every PH) never done AAS.

I have been on helladrol for 5 weeks and just now starting to see a little noticeable strength increase. I the previous 5 weeks I got up 1 rep on my bench press and that is it. I now the weight just feels a bit lighter and I'm really starting to see the difference.

I understand that I should only do Hella for 6 weeks but I was wondering if taking it to 7 weeks would be so bad.

Should I stop after week 6 or 7?
I have enough HCGenerate, N2guard for 7 if that would be an issue.
 
Something isn't right. With hard work and the right diet u could get similar results without the helladrol.

What dose are u running the hella at?

What's ur exact diet?
 
I've been at 295 bench press for over 3 months. This plateau is a big reason why I chose to go with Hella, I wanted strength.

My maintenance calorie intake is 2500 calories and I do 30% surplus on training days(4 days a week) and 10% under for cardio days (3 days a week)

I consume a minimum of 200g of protein and 400g of carbohydrates.
I keep my carbs under 250 on cardio days. 100g of fat are the maximum I allow myself in any day.

I ran my helladrol like this:
Week 1-3: 75g
Week 4-5: 100g
Week 6: 125g (not there yet)

Most controlled diet I have been on and I'm seeing some gains but nothing that makes me think it's the hella for sure.

Hella was purchased from mrsupps. Which I know is the right place.
 
well part of your problem in terms of size gain is the fact your in a calorie deficit 3 out of 7 days in a week... how do you expect to put on size when you go into a deficit? that's also going to effect your strength... just because your not on a training day doesn't mean you start eating below deficit... you have to feed the juice man.... your not allowing it to produce max potential...

Should I be at 30% over maintenance all the time?

I want to keep my bf as low as I can and gain some strength.

I'm also thinking about IF since this 6 small meals is time consuming and I'm never satisfied. I know Rick is a fan.

something is just off here... if your going 30% below maintnance 3 out of 7 days a week then your body fat should not be that high... there is a miscalculation made somewhere or an error because that just is not right... you should be running a different sort of cycle, like sarms, for the goals that you have... there is no need to run a ph for your wanting...
 
I've been going 30% over on training days and only 10% on 3 days.

This hasn't always been my way of eating, my body fat wouldn't be as high.

I've been at around 25% so even though it's high now it's nowhere near where it's been.
 
You are basically setup for recomp with your proposed diet you are currently running which is fine if that's your goal. However it seems that you are more focused on strength. If that is the case you would probably need more cals to see the strength come.

I actually didn't see much at all in terms of strength on Helladrol but I did stay the same weight for 6 weeks and dropped about 4% bodyfat in the process. I was under maintenance 4 days a week and over maintenance on 3 days using IF. It was a perfect recomp for me, but strength only went up slightly. That was not how I trained nor was it my goal though. I wanted to get shredded and gain some muscle and I did just that.

Has your weight changed while on Helladrol? How is your body composition? Bodyfat? Muscle?
 
I'm on Helladrol now( start of week 5) and my strength is going way up with absolutely no change to my diet. As a matter of fact I am forced to take a few days off because my joints can't handle the strength increase. I LOVE IT !!!!!
 
I am currently at 216lbs which is 2 pounds more than what I started. I would say I'm at around 16% body fat.

My strength has gone up slightly in 5 weeks but that may be simply because of my increased intensity at the gym. I wanted to take advantage of be being on something. I'm very careful not to overtrain and stay around 4 sets of 4 exercises.

I stay around 6-10 reps on most exercises.

I would've been happy to shed some bf although my main goal was strength increase.

I got 7 days left then PCT. I hope I don't lose all my incredible gains (sarcasm)

Helladrol might work great for some, maybe it just wasn't for me.
 
Before doing anything else I want to cut down on my bf. I've really wanted to try IF.

I've heard great things about it (from those who try it) don't knock it til you try it. My new goal is to get around 10% so that is around 6% drop.

I don't want to lose strength so what is recommended?

Yes, Helladrol always gave me the strength. Then again, I never ran it under 100mg. I've ran it twice. The second time, I just ran week 1 @ 75mg so I could hit week 6 @ 125mg. How have your sides been? How has your body fat changed? Are you making any progress anywhere? Vascularity? Anything? Getting any pimples at all on your face?

You say you are up 2 pounds so far. Before you started your cycle, how had your weight changed in the prior 6 weeks?
 
I've had a small amount of pimples, enough for my wise to notice. I would say I normally get a pimple once a month but on hella I seem to always have 2-3.

My weight has gone up 2 pounds but that might be misleading as weight can fluctuate a couple of pounds.

I'm not noticing any noticeable strength or body fat loss.

I read so many great things about hella and beast before I started. I was excited to try beast after a couple of months after my pct. Now I'm not tempted at all.

Disappointed for sure but not to the point where I would steer people away from it. It may just be me. I believe the only way to find out if something is for you is to try it.
