cycle history : first cycle was sus and loved it, got great gains in size and strength, just feel a little to bulky now tho.
Diet ok needs improving but I'm getting much better lately as time go's on, was running a bulk diet and now nice clean ripped diet is what I'm going for .
Goals : lean mass
Wanted to know if you could run helladrol as a stand alone compound or to would you add something else in there.
Any other info would be great too
Looking for a nice clean cut after having a big bulk lifting session, been off now for roughly six weeks and am looking ahead for maybe October time for next cycle. Just was reading some of the feedback on the product and it really seemed like that is what I'm looking for.
Or have you any other suggestions guys , much appreciated .
