i believe there is surgery to make limbs longer- usually for dwarfs. then u can be daddy long legs.
about an inch..

it depends on how old you are. once the growth plates have sealed over on your bones (ages 18 to 24) you can't get any taller. GH therapy HAS been approved for medical use for the extremely short (bottom 1% of the population) and has shown significant gains (2-4 inches). this was in a population already predisposed to extreme shortness...others might gain more.
test has been shown to cause growth spurts...however the test then aromatizes to estrogen. estrogen is what cues the body to close the growth plates. you grow faster, but you stop growing younger, with no net gain (and possibly a net loss).
people who have a disorder blocking estrogen end up with gigantism...they continue to get bigger and bigger. you could simulate this with anti aromitase, Letrazole and a dex to extend the part of your life that you continue to gain height.
this "height stack" is currently being hotly debated at AR. it's controversial because only teenagers can benefit from it, and it is VERY dangerous for teenagers to mess around with heavy drugs. i personally would not advise any teenager to mess around with this, even the therapeutic GH dosages used by doctors to treat children. unless you've got a legit shot at the NBA/NFL it's just not worth the risks.
