Heavy squat day today

Im going to the gym to do my squats and pulls. Its my most intense workout. The deadlift/military workout is a close second, while my chest/back workout is almost fun compared to the other two. Just so you people think Im just smart and good looking, I actually train at a very high level, I just dont advertise it.
 
Worked legs yesterday. Killed it. Started doing front squats and am loving that a lot better then regular squats. Will probably ditch regular squats with front squats from now on. I feel the f.s. hits my quads much better.

On squats I wont be going over 315 for a triple, even a double. Getting back into it, havent worked out for a few months so the first week is a little rusty. On pulls, I'll go to 355-375 depending on how I feel.

No, clean pulls. Its like a clean, but you keep your arms straight. Its the first half of a clean, before you pull it up to the collarbone. Its awesome for explosive strength as you yank the bar and shrug and calf raise at the top.

Ok, it went something like this:
Squats:
135x3
185x3
225x3
235x3
245x3
255x3
265x3
275x2
295x2
305x2
315x2

Pulls:
225x5
275x5
315x5
365x3
385x3
405x3
415x3

Then I hit the abs hard and heavy, and I was out of there in an hour and fifteen minutes.
