I love conspiracy theories. What more can I say? I still think the CIA and the Israeli Mossad allowed 9/11 to happen so we could liberate Iraq's oil. I don't think Bush is responsible cuz he's nothing more than a face for the underground government that truly runs this country. I could be way off. But I don't trust our govt and nothing would surprise me.

You're right. I'm no saint. Never have been-never will be. However I'm not blind to the fact that the almighty dollar can turn even the most righteous types into self serving money grubbing pieces of shit. Just look at the crooked, whore monger, television evangelists and all of the clergy cho-mos(child molesters). If these people aren't to be trusted spreading God's good will how can you expect a politician(an occupation known for corruption) to make decisions on anything without keeping his own careeer/job security in mind?

It's not like I've lost all faith in mankind. I still believe good people do exist in this world-but not in the world of politics. The bottom line? Everybody has a price. Some people are just bought more easily than others. People may say they cant be bought, and they truly may believe this in their own minds, but once that carrot is dangling in front of them they are easily swayed in the other direction.

Where I cross over-or at least, where I used to cross over, there was no shortage of 13 yr old kids that would hop the fence w/ your gear and meet you on the US side somewhere for $50. They won't steal your gear-it's pretty much worthless to them. They'd rather have the $$$. You gotta sell a lot of Chiclets Gum to make $50.

I did that routine every week for almost a year. I still got searched almost everytime I came back(walking across). The border agents would always make it overly dramatic by saying "Sorry for the hold up folks-we're gonna save some lives today by searching these big guys for steroids" As much as I wanted to talk shit back to those $6/hr assholes, I just bit my tongue.
