I like Tiger Balm, but haven't used it before working out. I don't like the Capsaicin creams so much as they are more like an irritant to the skin. I prefer the actual linaments used for Equine, etc., as they tend to warm or 'sweat' the area more - which IMO helps when actually lifting. When I was up Elite FTS in the spring, purchased some of their blue and pink linaments. You'd see them on their website. Not at all expensive. Really work well. Another good linament my friend uses is called Sombra. Hope that helps.
