Heartburn

Lately, I constantly have heartburn. I walk around all day with an acid taste in my throat. Not sure whats causing it...I was thinking it may be the spicy mustard I use on my ground top round and chicken (not sure what else I could use to flavor the meat thats calorie/carb free).

Would Nexium be safe to take at 40mg/day while on cycle? I have a shitload of it (fiance gets free samples from work). Not sure if it will have any adverse reactions.

Any opinions?

It might be the mustard, or acid reflux. I would drop it and see if the heartburn goes away. As far as the Nexium, I wouldn't use it, it's not necessary. Try adding Ginger and ginseng and see if it helps.
