Hi all, have started off my fitness bonanza today. Am currently weighing in at approx 132kgs, 6 foot 4 inches. So want to drop down to 110kgs, so I'm a healthy weight to set a good example for my new born son. Have only got 1 hour a day to train so have split that into 35 min weights session and 25 mins cardio. Doing 3 day split on weights and a mixture of HIT cardio. Going to start trying to split my meals into 5-6 smaller meals and up my protein uptake.
Anyways would ask if anyone has any advice? Would be greatly appreciated.
