healing muscle

This is possibly an odd place to ask this, as I'm not a body builder, but you guys know your stuff! In short, my ulna bone is longer than it should be (ulna plus) and after a hard fall, my wrists and forearms are inflamed and in pain constantly. When I visited the doctor, the only option given to me is a surgery to break both ulnas, shorten them, and plate them back together. I never had an issue with pain until this fall, and I believe my active lifestyle (lots of sports, bouldering, typing for a career, etc.) is not allowing it to heal. Because I type to make a living and work for myself, disability isn't an option either. I've taken massive efforts in terms of changing ergonomics, ice/heat, which has reduced pain considerably, but not enough, and my next step is to confront my doctor with steroid options. This is specifically a tendon issue alongside the ulna bones that is starting to atrophy muscle in my forearm. Does anyone have any suggestions on which I should research, dosage, etc? I'm a 121 lb 28 year old woman, so not big at all, and always been an athlete. Thanks! And sorry if this isn't the right place, I'm searching everywhere.

I just started using tb-500. Its a great compound for inflammation, and helping out sore muscles and wound healing.check it out. you dont need hormones to fix this. You are a pretty small guy and need to tweak your diet and training and build a base prior to using aas, or you will basically waste your time and screw up your own hormone levels. post your diet and training in the diet section guys on here can help you tweak your diet to help fit your goals.
